What gets recorded

Disclosure Reference has no login, no subscription and no comment form. Nothing here solicits personal information.

It would be misleading to stop there, though. Serving a page produces a log entry at Cloudflare — address, user agent, URL, status, timestamp — and each page carries a small image used to count views. Neither sets a cookie and neither builds a profile.

Not collected

This site sets no cookie, runs no advertising, and shares nothing with a third party for marketing or profiling purposes.

Some pages link to government portals and reference organisations. Their privacy notices govern their sites; this notice governs only this one.

How long this lasts

The retention period for request logs is short and operational. They exist to deliver pages and to spot abuse, not to build a record of visitors.
